Free Shipping

AYLA offers FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $70 USD or more.

Orders below this amount will be charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

AYLA is not responsible for delays caused by:

* Weather conditions
* Customs inspections
* Incorrect shipping addresses
* Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AYLA cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist whenever possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.
